The GRI Designation
The GRI designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
It consists of classroom-style modules and hands-on professional requirements which require candidates to apply the skills they’ve learned. GRI candidates have 5 years to complete four GRI Modules and two Professional Requirements from the time they begin.
