OKLAHOMA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® ANNOUNCES PROMOTION, NEW HIRE TO STAFF MANAGEMENT TEAM
OKLAHOMA (October 28, 2022) — The Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) has announced personnel changes, including to the makeup of the OAR Staff Management Team.
Will Gattenby, already a part of OAR’s Management Team since January 2019, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Krista Massad was hired as OAR’s Senior Director of Professional Development, making a new addition to the Management Team.
“The team we are building here is extraordinary,” said OAR CEO Jessica Hickok. “It is important for our members to know that we are investing in our current staff, rewarding those who are making a difference like Will, and bringing on experts like Krista to our team at OAR. Both the market and our association are ever-changing, and we will continue to develop bring on highly skilled team members to help navigate the future of both.”
Having served as OAR’s Senior Director of Membership and Communications for nearly four years, Gattenby will now use his expertise to ensure OAR’s organizational success through planning and supervising of various team members and departments.
Massad comes to OAR with 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, a career which has includes roles spanning from sales associate to principal broker to educational trainer. As the Senior Director of Professional Development, she will be overseeing all things related to professional development, professional standards administration, and risk management.
OAR will be announcing a few other recent hires in the coming days.
