In January of this year, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) got a major facelift. Our Professional Development Committee went through the recertification process, identified several less relevant classes, and removed the outdated content from the program. These courses were replaced with content that better applies to today’s changing environment and addresses the challenges REALTORS® are facing on a day-to-day basis: deed theft, artificial intelligence, technology, and land transactions.

So far this year, we held back-to-back modules in July and August, and during those 30 hours of continuing education, eight different instructors presented vital information to more than 80 attendees. Participants gained new knowledge and found practical tools they can use to better serve their clients and navigate today’s real estate environment.

After 30 hours of learning, discussion, and plenty of “aha” moments, attendees had plenty to say about their experience. Here’s what they had to say:

“I found that each section of Module 3 held a lot of value for executing real estate transactions. I learned a lot about the math behind CMAs, Future Sales Prices and Returns.” – Jolee

“Every single module has been awesome and worth the time and expense. My knowledge and understanding of complex topics have been refined and enhanced.” – Dona

The next module of the REALTOR®  Institute is October 6 & 7. Register and learn more about the program at OKREALTORS.COM/GRI.
