The Oklahoma REALTORS® Scholar recognition exists to honor those REALTORS® who in word, deed and action, work to advance the cause of organized real estate.
Oklahoma REALTORS® is committed to creating the environment that assists in the buying, selling and leasing of real property. Our commitment to create that environment is built upon a central principle: Organized real estate must be led by ethical, experienced and educated professionals.
The Oklahoma REALTORS® Scholar recognition exists to honor those REALTORS® who in word, deed and action, work to advance the cause of organized real estate. This elite group has demonstrated the highest degree of leadership, investment, education and tenure among their peers. Those awarded this designation have a history of going beyond the basic requirements of a real estate licensee by investing in themselves and the industry as a whole. To qualify for the Oklahoma REALTORS® Scholar recognition, REALTORS® must meet a stringent criteria that collectively demonstrates that commitment.
Included in that criteria are:
- A minimum of 10 years as a State of Oklahoma Real Estate Licensee & member of Oklahoma REALTORS®
- A minimum of 3 years of service on an Oklahoma REALTORS® committee
- A minimum of 5 years of OK-RPAC investment
- A minimum of 3 NAR designations and/or the GRI
- Completion of the NAR C2EX program
- Graduate of the Leadership OAR Program
- Application and one-time fee
