On October 16, Oklahoma REALTORS® is proud to celebrate the 3rd Annual Day of Belonging, an initiative created by the Oklahoma REALTORS® Diversity & Inclusion Committee. This day highlights the belief that everyone, no matter who they are or where they come from, deserves to feel that they belong in our communities and within our profession.
The Diversity & Inclusion Committee, made up of REALTORS® from across the state, works year-round to identify and expand opportunities for inclusion that reflect the mission of Oklahoma REALTORS®: to build the environment for REALTORS® help people buy, sell, and lease real estate. The Day of Belonging is one way we bring that mission to life. On this special day, REALTORS® from every corner of Oklahoma are invited to change their social media profile pictures to the official Day of Belonging logo, showing our shared commitment to inclusivity. It is a simple action that carries a powerful message. Together, we can show that in our industry and across our state, all belong.
In the spirit of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and cooperation, we know that diversity and inclusion are essential to who we are. When each person feels they belong, meaningful progress follows. Stronger connections are built, understanding grows, and our communities become even more vibrant.
