Welcome to the 17th class of LeadershipOAR! This cohort of 12 REALTORS® represents communities, markets, and perspectives from across the state of Oklahoma, and together they will carry forward a program that has been shaping association leadership since 2005.
LeadershipOAR exists to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders, empower them to maximize their leadership potential, and encourage meaningful participation in association service. Being selected into this class is both an honor and a responsibility. Chosen for demonstrating curiosity, commitment, and the capacity to influence others in positive ways, we know they will rise to the challenge to think beyond their own businesses, to understand the association as a system, and to see how leadership decisions ripple across members, markets, and communities.
As this class begins its journey, it also adds a new chapter to a strong legacy. LeadershipOAR continues to evolve because of participants who are willing to step forward, ask better questions, and say yes to service when it matters.
To the REALTORS® reading this and wondering if the program might be for you, consider this your invitation to imagine what is possible. LeadershipOAR is not about titles or resumes. It is about growth, stewardship, and preparing leaders who are ready to serve with purpose. The Class of 2026 is setting the pace, and the path is already forming for those who may apply for the Class of 2027. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 and the journey ahead!
