Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, also known as GRI, is a designation focused on education and professionalism. GRI is an opportunity for REALTORS® to go deeper in their understanding of the real estate industry and distinguish themselves in a competitive environment.
It consists of 4 modules that are each two days long. In addition to the modules, there are also 2 Professional Requirements to accomplish throughout the designation. REALTORS® in GRI have 5 years to complete the designation and can start with any module – it does not have to be GRI 1.

How Does GRI Benefit Me as a REALTOR®?
The GRI designation is a way to show homebuyers and sellers that you have gained in-depth knowledge on real estate fundamentals and technical subjects such as professional standards, legal and regulatory issues, technology, and the sales process.
It distinguishes you as someone who is committed to providing the best service to homebuyers and sellers because you continue to educate yourself and advance yourself as a real estate professional.
REALTORS® with the GRI designation have a 74% higher median income compared to REALTORS® without the GRI designation.
