2025 REALTOR® of the Year: Kathy Fowler
Kathy Fowler is a broker with over 20 years of real estate experience. Over the years Kathy has served as a local association president, state association president (2018), District President, and District Vice President, in addition to serving on several state association committees including Government Affairs and OK-RPAC Board of Trustees. Kathy has been a member of several local associations including OKCMAR where she was named 2019 OKCMAR REALTOR® of the year. Not only has she contributed at a local and state level, but Kathy’s work extends to the national level as she has served on the RPAC Major Investor Council and as an FPC for more than a decade. Kathy’s commitment to the association and the industry shows extraordinary dedication. Congratulations Kathy!
2025 Good Neighbor Award Winner: Betty Warner
Betty Warner has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and is a member of the Stillwater Board of REALTORS®. Betty is recognized for her selfless service to the Perry Senior Center over the last five years. She volunteers 4 hours a week, helping 400 members per month, for a grand total of 200 dedicated hours per year. Betty volunteers by teaching oil painting and drawing classes at the center in addition to donating painting supplies and food items to the center (utilizing her own funds for the contributions). We thank Betty for her dedication to the community as a proud REALTOR® member!
2025 Good Neighbor Award Winner: Shanna Garrett
Shanna Garrett has been a REALTOR® since 2017 and is a member of the Edmond Board of REALTORS®. Shanna is recognized for her selfless service to the Ronald McDonald House. Shanna volunteers as a guest chef for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House while offering a friendly smile and conversation with the families. She has been serving for over a year and also spends her time creating full meal menus. Shanna utilizes her own out of pocket funds to feed up to 25 people for each meal she prepares, serving over 100 hours in the last year and over 700 people. We thank Shanna for her dedication to the community as a proud REALTORS® member!
2025 Harriett Wagnon Association Executive Achievement Award Winner: Stephanie Carter
Stephanie Carter has served as Association Executive (AE) of the Edmond Board of REALTORS® for over 10 years. During her tenure, Stephanie has made massive contributions to not only the Edmond Board of REALTORS® but to the state association, serving on a variety of committees throughout the years. Stephanie has accomplished and earned C2EX, RCE, AHWD, and served on the NAR RCE committee. Stephanie’s unwavering leadership and service truly exemplifies her passion for the industry and dedication to the members she has cultivated lifelong relationships with. LeadershipOAR identifies emerging REALTOR® leaders and future Association leadership. The program empowers participants to maximize their potential, encourages active involvement in leadership roles, and integrates them into the Association’s committee and governance structure. This intensive program cultivates strong leaders for OAR and the real estate industry in Oklahoma. Participants engage in activities that develop their knowledge, teamwork, and leadership skills.
