DISASTER RELIEF RESOURCE FROM THE OKLAHOMA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
The Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and our 14,000 members across the state are proud to serve our neighbors and our communities in their time of need. Below are two grants available for individuals impacted by the tornadoes and other associated storms from April 27-May 7, 2024. To determine if you can qualify for assistance, please see the information below and confirm that your county falls within the Governor’s most-updated emergency disaster declaration (29 counties).

REALTORS® RELIEF FOUNDATION (RRF)
The REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) is a national organization created by REALTORS® to support communities in their time of need.
Type of Assistance: Assistance is available to qualified applicants towards one of the following options: 1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the April 27 – May 7 storms impacting 12 Oklahoma counties or; 2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the storms or; 3) Hotel reimbursement due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the storms. Relief assistance is limited to a maximum of $2,000 per household. Deadline for application submission is July 1, 2024. Please note this assistance is for housing relief only; other expenses including second mortgages (home equity lines or loans), clothing, appliances, equipment, vehicle purchase, rental or repair and or mileage are ineligible for reimbursement under this program.
Eligibility: Recipient must be a full-time resident and U.S. citizen or legally admitted for residence in the United States.
Disbursement of Funds: In order to provide for a reasonable and equitable distribution of funds, assistance will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. All grants are contingent upon the availability of funds.
Attachment Checklist
- Photo Identification to Show Proof of Residency [i.e. driver’s license or other governmental documentation evidencing residency]
- Copy of Mortgage Statement or Rent Statement or Lease Agreement or Hotel Receipt
- One of the Following is Required to Show Proof of Damage to your Primary Residence:
- Photos of Damages
- Insurance Estimate
- Copies of Written Claims, Settlement Proceeds or Claim Status Reports
- Copies of Repair Estimates from Contractors

OKLAHOMA HOUSING FOUNDATION (OHF)
Oklahoma Housing Foundation (OHF) is the Oklahoma-based disaster assistance organization supported by REALTORS® across Oklahoma. OHF offers grants of support to Oklahoma individuals and families who have had their home damaged or have been displaced by a natural disaster.
