The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission recently updated its standard contract forms, and those changes went into effect on January 1, 2026. These updates have been previously approved by the OREC Contract Form Committee. This year, the changes are aimed at providing small clarifications throughout the forms for consistency and ease of use.
