SPEAKER INFORMATION
Rep. Mike Osburn
Representative Osburn is the Oklahoma State Representative for the 81st District. He has been the State Director for U.S. Senator Don Nickles, the State Director for Americans for Prosperity, Oklahoma, and has served as a campaign manager and Deputy Chief of Staff for former Governor Frank Keating. Representative Osburna also founded an association and event management firm in 2006 that serves non-profit and for-profit organizations. Representative Osburn will participate in the Legislative Panel for Capitol Conference.
Sen. Darrell Weaver
Senator Darrell Weaver graduated from the FBI National Academy and the Senior Management Institute for Police. He serves as the former director for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and was inducted into the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Hall of Fame. In 2010, he was the State Charitable Campaign Chairman for the United Way. He was also the former CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Oklahoma. He currently serves as the State Senator for District 24 and is the COO of Weaver Clinics. Senator Weaver will be participating in the Legislative Panel for Capitol Conference.
Sen. Joe Newhouse
Senator Joe Newhouse graduated from Georgetown with a major in International Economics and then served as a navy pilot. Since then, he was awarded the Instructor Pilot of the Year award in 2009. He is now a small business owner and real estate broker. Senator Newhouse represents District 25. He will be participating in the Legislative Panel for Capitol Conference.
Pat McFerron
Pat McFerron is the Founding Partner of CMA Strategies in Oklahoma City and serves as the point person in messaging and strategic planning. He serves as the President of Cole Hargrave Snodgrass & Associates – a survey research company. Pat McFerron has worked on multiple president campaigns, more than 80 successful U.S. Senate, gubernatorial and congressional campaigns, and over 150 winning legislative races. He will be speaking at Capitol Conference about updates in Oklahoma Polling Issues.
Jill Castilla
Jill Castilla serves as the President and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond. She served in the U.S. Army and the Oklahoma National Guard. She earned her Master’s Degree in Economics and her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She has been recognized as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking by American Banker, Executive of the Year by Banking Dive and one of the Most Innovative CEOs in Banking by Bank Innovation. Jill Castilla will be one of the morning keynote speakers at Capitol Conference discussing her experience in banking with regards to the federal government and lending institutions on behalf of American consumers and businesses.
Bill Briggs
Bill Briggs worked as the Political Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Capitol Access. He was the key operational contact for OCA activities and supported the Associate Administrator on sensitive and confidential policy matters. He has served in multiple advisory and leadership positions and has extensive experience managing federal agency-wide initiatives and understanding risk management within the financial services area. He will be speaking about his experience with the federal government and lending institutions on behalf of American consumers and businesses to give insight to the real estate market and impacts the government could have on it. He will be one of the morning keynote speakers.
Rep. Stephanie Bice
Representative Bice served as an Oklahoma State Senator from 2014-2020 and was the Chair of the Senate Finance Committee. She received the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce Rising Star award and was a member of Governing Institute Women in Government Leadership Class of 2016. She has worked for 8 years in financial oversight, business strategy and marketing for her family’s technology company. She now represents Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District. Representative Bice will be the Lunch Keynote Speaker at Capitol Conference.
Jack Greacen
Jack Greacen is the Political Representative for NAR and will give NAR updates at Capitol Conference.
