Oklahoma Reception

Join us for the Oklahoma REALOTRS® Reception at The Grove in the Primavera Room (1611 Lamar Street) for drinks and light snacks! All members (plus a guest) are welcome.
Note: This event will feature short remarks from President Emilykaye Mitchelson and an invitation to talk with Oklahoma’s national directors ahead of the Board of Directors meeting. There will be no “Oklahoma Caucus” at NXT.
Region IX Caucus
Sunday, November 16 | 4-5 PM
Meet your peers from our neighbors in our NAR Region at the Region IX Caucus. This event will be held at George R. Brown Convention Center, Room 360 A-F, Level 3. This meeting is a chance to hear updates and discuss items on the agenda for the NAR Board of Directors meeting that have risen out of NAR committees.
Travel Reimbursement Information
for Oklahoma’s NAR Committee Members
Oklahoma ® will reimburse expenses for NAR meeting-related expenses for NAR committee chairs and vice chairs up to $2,000 annually, as well as any NAR committee member up to $500 by application, in accordance with the Travel Policy. Check out the Travel Policy by clicking here. Travel reimbursement requests are due by December 17, 2025.
To qualify, attendance is required at the Oklahoma REALTORS® Reception (info above), since there is no “Oklahoma Caucus” this year. This reception will be the chance to share and discuss information and items of business coming from your committee(s) with Oklahoma’s National Directors ahead of the NAR Board of Directors Meeting. In lieu of attendance at this event, for those with a conflict, a written report of your committee meeting is required to be submitted before 4 PM on Sunday, November 16, in order to qualify for travel reimbursement.
