NEW GRANT AVAILABLE: REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF)

Oklahoma REALTORS® and Oklahoma REALTORS® Disaster Foundation have partnered with REALTORS® Relief Foundation to make $100,000 available to those impacted by the tornadoes that hit northwestern Oklahoma on April 23, 2026.

Assistance is available to qualified applicants towards one of the following options: (1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the tornado disaster or; (2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the tornado disaster or; (3) Hotel reimbursement due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the tornado disaster. Relief assistance is limited to a maximum of $1,000 per household.

Please note: This assistance is for housing relief only; other expenses including second mortgages (home equity lines or loans), clothing, appliances, equipment, vehicle purchase, rental or repair, and or mileage are ineligible for reimbursement under this program.

The deadline for application is June 30, 2026

Through the Immediate Need Grant, sponsoring Oklahoma REALTORS® members can apply on behalf of residents for a grant to support urgent housing-related needs (grants are awarded as funds are available.)

Please note: One grant is available per household physical address to any resident in Oklahoma sponsored by an Oklahoma REALTOR®. Awards will be made on a case by case basis, as funds are available.
