2016 Professional Standards and Grievance Committee Training Seminar

OAR hosts Professional Standards training seminars periodically to train members involved in the Oklahoma Professional Standards enforcement process. These seminars are intended for members who serve on the Grievance or Professional Standards committees. Attendance at one of the seminars is mandatory for members who participate in the Statewide Professional Standards Program.

featured-image-diane-disbrow-pro-standards-training-2013Diane Disbrow has been active in real estate for more than 30 years and holds the Accredited Buyer (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations.

At the National level, Diane has chaired and served as a member of numerous committees and forums, including the Professional Conduct Working Group, Professional Standards Forum, Interpretations and Procedures Subcommittee, Professional Standards Committee, Risk Management Committee and has served as an NAR director since 1995.

In New Jersey, Diane has served as president of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS®, where she is a past REALTOR® of the Year. Active at all levels of the REALTOR® organization, she has either served as chair or been a member of a variety of state and local association committees, including Grievance, Professional Standards, Risk Management/License Law, Presidential Advisory Group on Agency, and the New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s Agency Task Force. She chaired the Real Estate Commission’s Continuing Education Task Force for two years prior to its implementation.

Diane has presented numerous educational programs for the National Association of REALTORS® and for various state and local associations throughout the country. OAR is pleased to have her back in Oklahoma!
